the eve of "Kazenobon" at Fukushima area, August 22, 2003

	I visited Yatsuo-machi, Toyama prefecture to see the eve of
	"Owara kazenobon" of Fukushima area with my friends Mr. M.,
	Mr. N. and Ms. Y. on August 22, 2003.
	The eve of "Owara kazenobon" has been held from August 20
	through 30, and participated 11 town on each day. I has taken
	many pictures of "Owara kazenobon" at Fukushima area
